Aftab held Aamna’s hands for encourge......

It was Aamna’s first day of shoot for Aloo Chaat . Aamna Said “It was my first day at shoot. I was very nervous. In fact I could not sleep the night before that. In my first shot, the entire family in the film was in the background and Aftab was supposed to hold my hand in the first shot.”

She continues, “My hands were actually shivering and he calmed me down and asked me to chill. He wished me all the best. There was a lot of warmth when he gave me his wishes and I think that is the reason why the chemistry between us in the film has turned out the way it has.

Aamna Shariff is all geared up for the release of her debut film Aloo Chaat . The industry is already abuzz with rumours of her off- screen relationship with Aftab Shivdasani. And this incident will add fuel to those rumours.

Govinda Join Yoga Club for loosing his waithg

Govinda now wants to switch to action. He is really working hard on his physique and has got himself a martial arts and physical trainer. He done lots of action movie like Hatya and Shola Aur Shabnam. But they weren't full-on actioners.

Now he going for an action film with stunts of an international calibre, he already lost a lot of weight. But it isn't enough. I want to lose some more, for that Govinda join Yoga Glub for some more.

Govinda said 'Yoga has changed my life. No matter what my schedule, I've to do yoga every morning. I feel the difference within me. It's not about just losing weight. I lost a lot of weight earlier this year when I was shooting in Bangkok with Suniel Shetty for 'Loot'. No, yoga is about self-discipline, about toning the body. I feel myself losing inches around my waist. I fill fitter. I can get into tight clothes without cringing.

To look as healthy, handsome and fit as Dharmendra did in his heydays. He has always been my role model. And now when I look at myself in the mirror I see glimpses of him in myself. That makes me feel really good.

Abhisek also can achieve six-pack if required

In a interview abhisekh said that "My director just didn't want me to show skin. My role didn't require me to expose... But that's fine. John's the bod, I'm the attitude, you see!" Having lost considerable weight, is the actor gunning for a six pack, too, these days? He smiles, "No, not yet, I'm doing pretty well with my family pack actually... No director has asked me to creat a six-pack for a film. But if required, I would be very happy to do.

Priyanka's oomphy curves, John's butt...- not much hoo-ha is being made of the 'more covered' Abhishek Bachchan. He must've felt left out in this body-show on the beautiful beaches of Miami. Sorry dearies, our stubbled hottie isn't the insecure types you know, and about the amount of attention his fellow-actors are receiving, well, Abhsihek can 'bear' it all.

Abhishek was touted to be a gay icon sometime ago. "Apparently so, and why not? I bow to the gay fraternity," states Bachchan Jr., "Appreciation and love from any quarter is welcome." About men having made passes at him, the actor confesses, "There has been no such luck. Never mind men making passes at me, even the women never have.

Rocking Saif played Guitar in Charity Show

Saif wants to work on the attitude and the guitar before doing 'Rock Star'. Last week, he played the guitar for a charity concert for Bihar flood victims, but he played so hard that his fingers began to bleed.

The actor, who is passionate about playing the guitar, is all set to play a rock star in the director's next venture. saif told 'It's a film called 'Rock Star'. I don't know if I'm equipped to handle it. Rock music is about a lot of attitude. More than just playing with an attitude, it's a way of thinking. I need to be more true to the music. It's easy to call any star a rock star. But I think it's more than your lifestyle. It's about being able to live your life the way you want.

He said 'It has never happened before. My fingers are seriously cut. This is a sign of how seriously I played the guitar. And if I was a seasoned player that wouldn't happen. So I want to pursue this seriously. As for my performance, I think of the two AC/DC songs 'Livewire' and 'A Whole Lot Of Rosie'. I think I performed one really well, the other not so well. But finally it was fine. 'I own two beautiful guitars - Fender Stratocaster (which Mark Knopfler and Eric Clapton own) and a Gibson Les Paul that was gifted to me recently by the company's branch in India. I think I'll start using that. I want my guitar practice to go on side by side with the shooting. I will travel with my guitars.'
